who we are
A couple from Texas. Moving to Krakow, Poland. To help see the Kingdom come. To be apart of moves of God.
Josiah & Brandi Boyd
We are a couple that desire to see God come and move in Central and Eastern Europe.
From the moment we met, we felt God calling us to a life that would not be considered “normal”.
We have lived in Abilene, Texas for the past five years. Brandi has worked as a Physcial Therapist in a home health company after receiving her Doctorate from Hardin-Simmons University. Josiah has served as the missions pastor for Beltway Park. Abilene has been a place of growth, learning, and discovery in ourselves, our family, and how to minister together.
Through our time in Abilene, the Lord kept bringing a group of people in a special part of the world. After years of praying, it has lead us to taking the gigantic leap to moving to Krakow, Poland.

I was raised in the panhandle of Texas and have moved 8 times as I grew up as a coach’s kid, but wouldn’t change it if I could. I am a cheerleader at heart and love encouraging others. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 and met Josiah my last semester of undergraduate. We then got married in Costa Rica in 2012. I graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2014 and have been a home health physical therapist for 3 years specializing in the geriatric population. I also love running, hanging out with Skye (our dog), baking, blankets, cycling, reading, traveling with Josiah, mismatched socks, Bethel podcasts, pumpkin spice lattes, and creating homemade “hippie” house products.

I grew up as a pastor turned missionary’s kid, which fueled my love to travel and have new experiences. Life is one big adventure and I don’t want to miss out on what’s in store. I graduated from Texas Tech and was waiting to start my master’s when I ran into Brandi. That encounter sent us down the road to Abilene, Texas, where I have served for four years as the missions pastor at Beltway Park Church, helping send over 1500 people on short-term mission team and helping see nearly a hundred individuals commit to long-term missions. Brandi and I moved to Krakow, Poland in August 2018. Currently, I serve on the leadership team of Kosciół dla Miasta: Kraków, lead our English service and ministries, and serve as the Central Europe Regional Director for Prepare International. I love to travel, some good coffee, just about any sport not named baseball, and cooking some gourmet dinners.
